ILL REQUEST FORM

Effective October 1, 2009, there is a $1.50 fee for each ILL request to help defray postage.

Use this form to request items which the Chickasaw Regional Public Library System (CRLS) does not own. Please check the Library's OnlineCatalog  to verify CRLS does not own the book before filling out this form.  To request materials CRLS owns, please use this form.

We attempt to locate items we do not own using OCLC WorldCat, an interlibrary loan search service. Requests typically take two to six weeks to fill and may be unsuccessful. Availability depends on the requested item and the lending policies of participating libraries.
